Are there any news dispatches that confirm this?
I found a Jerusalem Post article that says Hamas offered to return half of the Israeli hostages in exchange of 2-month ceasefire and resumption of aid. But I don't see anything else right now. [May 17, 21:30 Eastern Daylight Time (USA)]
