I would start by contacting the nearest Ukrainian embassy.

Also, check whether your home country will have an issue with you serving a foreign military.

As for your question, id say you should ask this in !ukraine@sopuli.xyz (There's a .ml version, but as you can imagine, it goes about as good as .ml having a united states comm LMAO)
