The comments can be bit negative on hacker news. I, for one, am incredibly excited and happy about the community fork.
Many of them have no idea about the context of the fork, especially that it is many of the main contributors of the original repo who are making it
That's what it looks like. It's sad that they dunk on it without reading the openletter and checking a bit of history.
Oh well. Comaps will thrive!
