2 0 ReplySome of these were installed on my family farm in the US through eminent domain. Meaning, we had no choice but the government was supposed to pay us a fair market value for the use of our land. I still remember that because that year all us three kids all got new bicycles!
I don't love them. If you are right underneath them, it seems like you feel the electricity and sometimes hear them crackle.
