It seems to me that someone's humors may be out of balance...
The best part is where he claims that germ theory was created to make pharmaceutical companies more money.
... No. Germ theory was created because we can literally scientifically connect the dots between cause and effect and that's amazing.
Also, he confuses miasma theory (humors, biles etc) with terrain theory (toxins, environment), which is just the shit icing on the idiot cake.
