genocide is only one issue, she willingly shifted all her policies "to the right" trying to lure republicans, meaning she was not about policies, she was about winning. Biden tried to implement student loan forgiveness through the education department, but the courts shot it down. Then he piecemeal implemented it in groups where he could. It’s not his fault the legislature didn’t have a strong enough majority to pass it as a law or boost it through their budgetary processes.
