Hide blocked or banned reply

Currently if some troll are blocked or banned, their presence are still visible if someone else is replying/quoting them(not refresh yet or didn't block them). Which is a pain because they are supposed to be gone and vanished from the sight. It's called block and ban after all. BTW I think if the chat is delete by mod, the quote will be gone which is great and that's how it should be done.
