It's a new day and my thoughts are more in order.
Partey hurt us and Arteta was terrible.

Moved Merino to 8
Disrupted the partnership that Martinelli and Rice built
Forced Lewis-Skelly to sit
Made Ødegaard play deeper
Made Trosaard play centre forward
But Arteta also
Didn't practice the new formation against Palace
Knowing that Ødegaard is out of form, didn't try Nwaneri in the role
Despite Nwaneri being a goal threat. Treated him like a pariah on the return of Saka
Didn't even try Zinchenko at left back and MLS at 8
I know people want Partey to get a new contract, but I'm absolutely against it. Also given the holes in the squad, we can't justify buying Isak. We legit need at least 5 signings.
