Has Carney said anything about this? I hope he does, but I don't see why he would. He's still got all the people around him who didn't deliver it last time.
He said he would like to explore the topic at a later date and has claimed a prime minister should be neutral on the topic.
The only way we will ever get any kind of voting reform will be through a forced referendum, if there even is such a thing.
The vast majority of countries that got electoral reform did it through party compromise not referendums.
