A U.S. Senator is assassinated by the Men in Black, a mysterious organization which violently suppresses all knowledge of UFOS. Agent Rafferty from the U.S. Secret Service tries to stop their sinister plans. He gets unexpected assistance from an otherworldly ally.
... and then Dean Martin sips from a highball, winks at the camera and rides off in a convertible with a bevy of bikinied beauties.
