How do you forward, also does it not need to be a 10 digit number? I am not sms/mms savvy. I grew up with emails. I feel old.

The best solution is to block and report spam.

I'm getting them in the States. I have a Tampa, Florida area code but live in Seattle. Whatever chaos-death-engine these parties use cares nothing for us.
We do not have them in Québec, mostly because CON is a lost cause here, and anyway they would write SMS in english, it's an automatic red flag here to receive SMS in english.
To be fair, I've gotten texts from/for both Liberals and Conservatives.
