After having it recommended constantly for years, I'm finally reading Lonesome Dove. I do believe it lives up to the hype...
Have you seen the fillum of it? This is one of the very few movies I've ever watched through to the very end. They even got the horses right.
Lonesome Dove movie was a staple of my childhood, but I don't remember anything about it bar horses and mustaches. Apparently there are sequel movies?
Dunno. Only ever bothered with the original.
