It was very cool getting the two different versions with competing narratives assigning blame and other elements. Very rare to get something like that in the documentary world.
Out of the many HUGE red flags surrounding this event, this one in particular caught my eye:
The new festival was being marketed under the slogan “FYRE Festival 2 is real”.
If you have to market your event by starting with such basic information, (e.g. by trying to reassure people that your event actually exists and isn’t a prank) that should worry both you and your customers.
