Trump includes US troop costs in tariff talks with Asian allies
SEOUL/TOKYO - The tens of thousands of US troops stationed in South Korea and Japan appear set to be part of President Donald Trump's tariff negotiations, despite efforts by both countries to separate security talks from trade.
The result of this will be the USA abandoning military bases in places like South Korea, increasing the chance of North Korea attacking South Korea, or China attacking Taiwan.

Just send Trump a bill for decades of non payment of use of the grounds on which the bases are located.
To use Trump's own business-tactics against him: it was prime real estate ground worth billions that the bases blocked the development of ... no exclusive reason those troops only had to be on land, could have kept a fleet on standby in the ocean or something.And for ground/groundwater contamination cleanup.
Donny can try to make sweet deals as much as he likes. Factor in whatever bullshit he comes up with. The world is too dependent on the USA to say no to a lot of it. Most of us other fountries have to dance to his tune to some extent... For now.
What America lost is our collective trust. No one is going to want an American military base in their country for a long time after this. No one wants them to keep the sweet deals Donny negotiates. No one wants to see the USA win anymore.
