What are your favorite summer nail styles?
I've been thinking about getting a manicure and getting something sorta pearly and opalescent, it's light and I guess reminds me of the ocean.
Anyway - what nail styles do you all do for summer, what are the 2025 trends?
I don’t have time for nails anymore (though I think I may take my 9 year old for a mani/pedi this summer) so I can’t say what’s trendy, but here’s something I used to love doing. Not sure if French nails are still in but: instead of doing the really opaque white, try a pearl white. Looks way more natural while still seeming a bit elevated. I also personally always choose clear topcoat instead of the pinkish stuff; that stuff looks super wrong on my nails for some reason, like really really wrong. Not sure why.
I dont wear nail varnish much but if I do, I go for vibrant colours in summer. I like things like hot pinks, tropical greens, things that really pop.
