...and also: Gargoyles!
One thousand years ago, superstition and the sword ruled. It was a time of darkness, it was a world of fear, it was the age of gargoyles. Stone by day, warriors by night. We were betrayed by the humans we had sworn to protect, frozen in stone by a magic spell for a thousand years. Now, here in Manhattan, the spell is broken and we live again!
We are defenders of the night. We are gargoyles!

4 0 ReplyJust finished Tokyo Vice and didn't once skip the intro
4 0 ReplyThe white lotus. I didn't like season 3's theme as much as the first 2's but I still like to listen
4 0 ReplyTeletubbies
4 0 ReplyAlmost every single show I watch. I'm weird in that I almost never can skip a TV show intro. Only exception I can think of right now is the short continuation of Batman the Animated Series they did just before Batman Beyond since they didn't change the intro to match the show.

1 0 ReplyI didn't like the show all that much but American Gods had possibly the greatest title sequence ever made.
It's a brilliant fever dream mixing mythology and technology, drugs and sex which perfectly fits the themes of the show. That thumping electronic music suits the neon in the titles and that tired groan at the end puts an exclamation point in the whole thing.
1 0 ReplyI never skip intros. I love them all.
