I love how LinkedIn sends ten emails a day with names of very promising jobs, then when I click on them and go through the log-in prompt, it just takes me to the home page, and then I go back and click on the job while logged in, and it was posted 8 months ago and is no longer accepting applications.
(I also love ‘you were searched by people from these companies!’ - so useful, and I’m sure that’s accurate!)

Why in the first place people still use Linkedin? I used it once, and to be honest is just Facebook but for applying to work easier
My employer has a subscription to LinkedIn Learning, otherwise I would’ve disabled my account.
You answered your own question - applying to jobs is easier when you don't have to fill out your info every time.
I had to open it once a couple of weeks ago, ever since they've been sending me daily emails "you're on a roll!", "continue your login streak" or something like that
Sadly i'm too lazy to open it back up and disable email spam so i'll just stop checking my inbox instead
