U.K. court orders Trump to pay $741,000 for suing a British spy over salacious U.S.-Russia dossier
The dossier, made up of a dozen memos, sparked a political firestorm when it was published just before Trump's first presidential inauguration in January 2017.
Trump had sought to bring a suit against former MI6 officer Christopher Steele who authored the so-called Steele dossier which alleged the US leader had been compromised by Russian agents.
He has been compromised. This is not the only person to reveal this. Not to mention that Trump’s actions speak much louder than words.

I wonder if he'll order his treasury department to use taxpayer money for the fine as seeing was a "presidential act" and then pardon the person who does it. This would be legal according to SCOTUS
