Boston Municipal Court Judge Mark Summerville made the ruling Monday after ICE agent Brian Sullivan detained Wilson Martell-Lebron last week, arguing that doing so deprived Martell-Lebron of his rights to due process and a fair trial.
So the guy who got picked up is currently detained without charge, after having his original charges dismissed. Brian Sullivan, the ICE agent, was held in contempt, which might turn into a charge, and is currently free.
Certainly sounds like Brian Sullivan is enjoying his due process while denying others theirs.
Sounds like Brian Sullivan, the ICE employee from MA, should be identified to his neighbors. He's a danger to them.
