Live-action League of Legends series reportedly underway; Vietnam considered as a filming location

The production team, led by The Last of Us Producer Rose Lam, was said to be scouting Cát Bà, Vietnam.

If they can pull off the same writing from Arcane Season 1, I’m optimistic.
- If it's done by the same lead producer as The Last of Us, I'm positively giddy.
- the last episode of arcane season 1 had various tropes like the villain monologuing to himself and someone overhearing an important detail. It was a bit of a weak conclusion.
My issue with them doing Bilgewater is it's kinda pirate themed and you know what other live action is pirate themed? One Piece. I don't want LoL's first live action to get any negative flack over that when people who don't know either IP start trying to make connections. Hence I hope it's Shadow isles instead of Bilgewater.
