I know a woman who exhibits several of these symptoms but her family is that fierce breed of conservative that doesn't believe in the existence of mental illness, so they refuse to even consider the possibility that she needs help for her "active imagination". At least she isn't in a position to destroy the lives of two children like "Mary".
