This isn't using the meme effectively.
"Nobody wants to work anymore for you" would've been closer
Also, since work and exploitation are interchangeable in Capitalism, this meme says "nobody wants to work anymore/Nobody wants to WORK anymore". It's nonsense.
I like things to be explained explicitly.
