If you've got here from the Mastodon/microblogoverse, you must be really interested in respirators and fit testing. Or... you stumbled across this community browsing Lemmy. In any case, welcome to the fit testing community! There isn't much else to say besides what has already been posted here in the past year, so new posts may be scarce.

In this community, we focus on the PortaCount, as there are plenty of used models, and can be acquired relatively affordably. (There are newer models from TSI, AccuTec-IHS, and, as of August 2025, OpenAeros, but they all cost thousands.)

This part of the Discuss.Online Wiki on !CPCSupport will serve to keep those thoughts and readings (from third-party sites social media sites, for better or worse) organized as the months pass.
