Trump set to sign executive order shuttering the Education Department
Closing the department requires an act of Congress, but Trump could make it nearly impossible for remaining employees to carry out their work, much like at USAID.
Basically all I've seen from this administration is what they're against (healthcare, education, diversity, environment/climate, science, equity, inclusion, regulations, etc.), but like, are they for anything besides the antithesis of those?

There's nothing they want to build because a fascist regime like this already has everything they need: huge amounts of capital, channels to pipe out propaganda, and hoards of mindless hate-filled followers, all of them armed to the teeth.
"What else is on the agenda" is getting rid of anything and anyone that can stand up to them.

This is all clearly practice and an attempt to convince the public that the President can shutdown whatever he wishes - like a king. It is all practice for when the President attempts to shutdown Congress and the Judiciary. The President is actively waging war against every citizen of the United States of America!
As much as it is still heartbreaking, this does make me a bit glad that I don't have children.
