Communism in India?

Especially on whether land and education reforms are needed.

Well , there is west bengal. And just by changing political party nothing is going to change, it has to come from the people to really make a change.
Wholeheartedly disagree that Communist party ruling was the reason they prospered. But India does need an Education reform at the lower stages, and not the kind BJP has proposed.
