He's supposed to be required to have an act of congress to dismantle the Dep of Ed (which was created by the Department of Education Organization Act).
Until he's removed from power and proven to be held accountable, we're in a constitutional crisis.
Does make me wonder if we could argue all student loan debts are null and void if the department that issues them is gone though...
