Without seeing the documents they sent it is not possible to know what they did wrong. I can only guess improper capitalization, wrong shade of red, improper comma usage, incorrect font size and/or type etc. The possibilities are endless. Clearly we need to see what they sent in.

Or they could just make their mortgage payment.
- Wrong. They check forgot to print this on the back of the envelope:

- Thumbprint at a 44⁰ angle instead of 45⁰. That'll get ya every time.
- I think the red font may have been at the wrong angle
My suggestion is that you start packing.

Imagine becoming homeless not because you couldn't make ends meet, but because your believed in magic.
My first, and only really, suggestion is- pay your bill.
I like to think of these people as young aspiring magicians searching for the right magic words to alter the world around them. Yet forever failing.
