Upcoming JR East E10 Sinkansen

The Upcoming E10 Sinkansen announced by JR East. Hmm, based on the information provided (source), it has a tiling system installed, and some fancy seat. It was said that it would be operated at 2030.

The Green car seat oddly look similar to those used by Cathay Pacific
