AI Character Chat Only loading to show "Export Data"

Hello all! First time posting and I need a little assistance. As the title says, the AI Character Chat only opens to say "Export Data", once attempted it gives me this. I'm assuming this is the forum it is referring to, seeing all the helpful posts and responses, so here I am. Please let me know what I need to do from here, thanks in advance!
