You might want to get a sleep study. This was me for a long time and now in my 40s I have a CPAP and wake up feeling like a fucking superhero. I wish I'd known decades ago, so many missed opportunities.

People get to the weekend and think they'll get away with staying up late and sleeping in.

Well, late evening is the only time you’ll get to see your friends who have kids for an extended period of time.
Having a proper sleep schedule (like 11-7) that you strictly follow will make you feel so much more energized.
You can't fix your tiredness in one night. Sleep well for a week, fix your sleeping scedule and you're going to feel much muchmuch better
