2039 WW3, Russia and USA try to split Europe among themselves.
- 2039 seems awfully optimistic. Both because it expects that the USA and Russia will still be around by then, and second: that it will take that long for them to try it

The USA is hardly united. Might not have as much strength as it things for external affairs, since it's too busy shooting itself in the foot.
