Looks delicious to me!
The crunchy texture masked whatever horrible pickling travesty someone did to these cucumbers.
Can't convince my eyes that isn't tempura eggplant.

😂 the tempura is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, the pickles actually tasted bad raw.

The tempus was making up for the terrible pickles. I couldn’t eat it raw, but figured I could make it better!
A little under fried, but I'd smash!
