Teamsters declares ratification of UPS contract

Voting is scheduled to close Tuesday at 11 AM eastern time on the contract covering 340,000 Ups workers in the United States.

The more I read about the Teamsters and the deal they managed to get, the more I wonder what's going on with what was a very promising union.

All the big corporate unions are like this. They've been captured by groups that are more inclined to work for the corporate owners and the "friendly" politicians than for the union members.
- Yes, I completely agree. There seemed to be some hope with the latest election from the Teamsters. I guess that's what you get for hoping.......
