Made using Pony Diffusion V6 XL, a Shane Glines LoRA, and quite some inpainting and manual editing.
I.. I don't know where I was going with this one :)
This was made with the Midjourney editor. Funny thing, the blank space in the original png was immediately selected as the inpainting area in the editor. I didn't even need to select the flag area to get started, nice work!I didn't know about the Midjourney editor until now. I assumed it could only do text-to-image 🤔
It's a newer thing and not fully available yet.
