President musk will be pissed, how is he supposed to sell his overpriced electric trash without government subsidies?
Ending subsidies is Musk's idea. He got billions of tax subsidies to get Tesla started. Now that Tesla is established from those subsidies he wants them cut off so no Tesla competitors can get off the ground.
Pretty much. He has an established brand. People proved they will buy anything with a Tesla badge on it when he released the cyber truck. He needs to prevent others from taking the market.
Are a lot of people still buying teslas? The maga crowd doesn't seem to like EVs that much, and anyone else might consider other brands more now that elon has joined them.
