Seems like [tabsintitlebar] doesn't exist in Firefox-Developer

hi, seem like Firefox removed [tabsintitlebar], I wonder if deleting it is the right way to solve it or that condition was replaced with another and its needed to put that one?
I'm using hidetabstoolbarv2.css
