You're on shaky ground unless you say MP cannot have extra income, at which point you need to pay them more than £90k.
The only exception is where you need to work some number of hours a year to keep a qualification. For example, a medical degree, but then I would still say you can't earn money.
Plenty of jobs at less than £90k/year say that you’re not allowed a second job.
Being an MP is an exceptional role, or at least it should be.
