The only thing "sweeping" about it is how quickly it'll be swept out of the way once Trump moves in.
Doing all these "radical" changes now in his lame duck period is a joke. The time for all of this was years ago, not just as you're about to be kicked out and have all of it reversed.
Does he not realise if he had done all this stuff earlier, he would've likely had much better voter turnout??
If i had to guess someone on his staff is a good person and he has recently lost his mind enough that they can take charge a bit. I have no other explanation for the way he has been acting.
