American Political Spectrum
To be fair, it's just a crossword puzzle. He probably fit "farleft" in there and needed a hint for it
- "farleft" is a fine crossword answer. Equating "far left" with "extremely liberal" is pretty silly IMO though. A much better hint would've been "Political faction advocating for radical social change" or something like that
- Possible hints without “liberal”:
  
  “The opposite of Trump” “Republican Qualifier for Biden” “One End of the Political Spectrum” “Qualifier for Communists” etc.
