  I learned this from a lawyer, but i may have misunderstood something
  Up to 1 billion euros(previously being 20000 RON), the only punishment for tax fraud is having to give the money back
  Edit: after searching only, i found that its only up to a million, not a billion, and that the price you would have to give back would be increased by 15% so i misunderstood
