President Jimmy Carter will lie in state for a second day Wednesday after his remains arrived in Washington a day earlier as part of state funeral rites.
I'm Canadian and a liberal left leaning politically. I have my complaints about the US, US government and US politicians, however I always appreciated President Jimmy Carter.
It's an historical event and one that doesn't happen often during our lifetimes.
I was wondering how many of you in the US and in the world are watching.
