It ain't over 'til that fat fuck squeals. His new plan, apparently, is to sic the DoJ on her once he's in office.
On his Truth Social platform, Trump reposted a photo of E. Jean Carroll with large letters that read: “Should a woman go to jail for falsely accusing a man of rape? Retruth if you want justice for Trump.”
That post sounds like it breaks the terms of the previous settlements against him by Carroll. Grounds for yet another lawsuit
But multiple court cases and judges have found that she didn't lie.
Agreed, but I'm not sure if those civil rulings would stop the DoJ from filing criminal charges if Trump pushes them into it.
Not sure how a state level civil defamation case would make it to the federal criminal level without bending the whole criminal justice system.

NOTE: The Department of Justice has no authority to intervene in matters of state law. The Department of Justice can assume jurisdiction only when there has been a violation of federal law.
You think Trump cares about that? Or the cronies he's bringing in to run DoJ? They'll find a way.
He/they will just say she lied and falsely accused him and that should be investigated/prosecuted. Where the case originally was held won't matter then.
If it does stop them, he'll just keep replacing the AG until it doesn't.
Which means that that post is another defamation case.
