where i am in wi, dairy prices in general are about even with the overall inflation rate over the last five years (since before covid). shopping direct at a dairy, though, seems to be up higher than that.

I just want the price of cheese to be stable enough that it's the same price it was last time I checked...(or less)
Get some government cheese at the food bank. Some people don't like it and will give it away free.
