[I Made] Lemon Sponge Cake

Made this one for my mum’s birthday. Lemon sponge cake with lemon frosting and topped with fresh raspberries and lemon zest.

That looks delicious. Exactly the right amount of frosting to keep the cake nice and moist, but the cake itself stays the main character.
