I don't quite understand how Tyson couldprevent them from selling to a competitor if they closed their facility in area. Sounds massively anticompetitive and should be punished

  And yet, starting in late January...
- But Cal-Maine’s offer came with a catch: The farmers would have to agree not to sue Tyson Foods for any losses because of the plant closure, according to court filings.
  This sounds like an insane provision to me.
So...farmers pool and buy or the state. Seems national security related via food security. OH wait....we don't actually wanna fix anything. Just need a $$$daddy to come down and save us. :(
