Japan sorry not sorry for enslaving Koreans:
It thanked them for their contributions at the mines but did not acknowledge their forced labor or issue an apology.
Notice how the Japanese media frames the whole thing as the "wartime labor issue" to further try to distance themselves from their atrocities
