Maui residents targeted in scams to grab land after tragedy, officials say

I thought most of Hawaii was already like that, that is why it is a tavel destination. The companies own the best land and they build hotels and resorts to bring in the wealthy.

Similar to how the wealthy have taken over the smaller islands around.
