Never heard of khachapuri before, apparently some kind of cheesy bread.

Not a cheese fan, but butter and egg sounds good!
I'm pretty sure it's a georgian dish.
National dish and it seems like even within Georgia there are regional variations.
I'm interested in trying it! Without the cheese. :)
I consider myself lactose ambivalent. I'm not really INTOLERANT, I just hate cheese. LOL.
