Curry with tofu
Some really simple(and nice) curry with tofu and some veggies. On the side cauliflower 'rice' and some store bought naan bread.
It looks so creamy and delicious 🤤
I'm surprised by how fluffy the 'rice' looks. Did you process it to that texture or was it purchased?
The 'rice' I just bought in the supermarket because I'm lazy. But it's basically really tiny crumbled/cut cauliflower and then cooked voor 2 minutes in water. (You can also stir fry it)
So you can easily make it your self, but curry is for me a simple, creamy, lazy and comfort recipe. So as long it's cheap I just buy the pre made. (Expect for the tofu as I(and especially my panther) like my Species more)
I just finished eating but I'm ready for a second dish... :)
