I think he would be an amazing James Bond. He’s suave and handsome enough.
He's unfortunately too old, since being Bond is years of commitment. People who get heavily into guessing the new Bond figured that one out.
I think that was just a fan casting. He'd be a good fit but I think that he's probably too old for it from the film exec point of view. They will want to get 4+ movies out of whoever they cast.
